Issues with the 1.03 Pre-release

Hi,

I have been testing the updates, and so far I found the following issues:

1. Climb mode does not activate with the FCU knob
2. Alpha floor/TOGA LK does not activate with speed on the limit
3. Normal law in ground proximity warning system procedure the plane stalls (TOGA/full up up)
4. Also the Speed indicator oscilates

This was made in the 1.03b65, I recently check and saw that there are new updates, but in the change log there is no reference about this issues. I would appreciate if the team could check this.
