At Moment I think no! I've been asking for help for months ....
the Staff is too busy solving other problems .... maybe we will be the last to be considered! engravity is less important than other companies ..... keep in mind that in this situation you cannot use Prosim V3 at the top and therefore the new fs2020

We are not important!
The staff not reply
there are company most important with preority .... engravity not is important!
I'm so sorry tell this but we have been totally abandoned ! I'm many respect for the other work .... but the comunication for me is most important ..... I have a company and when I have some problem with my clients I always try with good communication to keep informed on the future progress
this total absence is really incomprehensible!

As Engravity v1 is not supported in Prosim 3.x, I've decided to refrain from updating my subscription. I can live with v.2 for now.
