Following options on the cockpit setup - display tab seem to do nothing:
- AOA indicator (it is alwas showing)
- heading scale
- trim indicator upper
- trim indicator lower
- vertical situation display
- show fuel flow in upper EICAS (there is no upper/lower EICAS)
- Radio altimer: if selected "above and right", a blax bock appears on the bottom PFD

some of these are NG only and should not be available for the MX. It will be fixed
