So if I go to V5.1 from V4.5 I only have to update the "content" to get
all the updated performance improvements? Will I have to do anything
ProSim for the update?

Thanks

negativ. You need the full installer. New folder etc. Complete new version. Version 4 is not Version 5.

I am thinking of P3D v5+. Its been about one year that I bought ProSim and it was a learning
curve for me. So my question is I am using P3D v4.5 can I just go to v5 and ProSim will be
recognized or will I have to reinstall ProSim? After getting everything the way I want it I
am a little afraid To screw things up. I would like to make the move because I understand
there is a significant performance increase with v5.

Thanks

No re-installation of ProSim required.

However, lots of scenery installation in P3d required. ;)
