Hello everyone,
I have a small issue that I hope somebody knows the fix for. I have mounted a small display for Captain's Chrono. The image of my desktop is right side up on this display. However when I drag over the round Chrono # 1, although the chrono is right side up, it is mirrored, so 20 looks like 02 and TIME looks like EMIT etc. Anyone know how to revert from the mirrored version?

Re: How to reverse a mirrored display?
Windows display settings. Choose the monitor and change the setting from (landscape or portrait) flipped. To the correct settings

Re: How to reverse a mirrored display?
Thanks minimus. I wish it was that easy. Using flipped or non flipped only turns the display upside down..but I need it turned inside out. The display is a mirrored image to what it should be.

Ed

Hi Ed,
Are you able to attach a picture as I am totally confused, I thought the same as Minimus, I certainly would be interested in seeing this and then maybe I can help.

Re: How to reverse a mirrored display?
Hi Bernie,
Yes, here's a pic of the clock. I've since found out that the display I have automatically goes into reverse view, I think for a back up camera in a vehicle. I need to find out how to set it to front view. The menu items are so small that I cannot read them. I've contacted the seller to see if there is an easy way to revert it to front view. You can see this pic shows it upside down. If I change to Portrait flipped, then it will be right side up, but inside out. (reversed, mirrored, what ever terminology fits best)
Best Regards,
Ed

Re: How to reverse a mirrored display?
Hi Ed,
Thanks for the pic. I didn't realize that it was a a different screen, just thought it was a normal monitor. Let's hope the manufacturer can give you the answer.

Re: How to reverse a mirrored display?
Ah I see now. It's the hardware itself that is mirroring the screen. There's nothing built in to windows to change that setting but I think you can use something like ultramon to flip the display

Thanks for the link. I've taken a little vacation now so will be away from the sim, but I will try it and let you know how it goes when I am back.
