Prosim System can not identify Pokeys cards

Hello

I am facing a problem is that prosim System can not recognize all of my pokeys cards

I have 9 card connect to a unmanged switch, then the computer which prosim system runs on is connected to that switch with LAN cable

Prosim System can only recognize 1 card.

Any advise ?

Hi,

Use the Polabs Software to assign the correct IP address for your network. Once these IP addresses have been assign to the Pokeys cards you should then not have any issue. The Pokeys manual will help with this information.

It is working ok now.

But everytime the cards lose power or reset, the IP address is changed and i have to re assign the IP adress in order to let the cards be recognized by prosim system

Any advise ?

Can't you assign a set ip to the devices?

You will need to go to your router setup page and identify the pokey card (specific network identification label) - then assign an ip. Everytime the device boots up it will be assigned the same static ip address.

Check the battery, seems that u lost the eprom backup.
